4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions
76bd may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus rules below. 76bd reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
- A player may not hold more than one active welcome bonus at a time. Duplicate registrations to claim multiple welcome bonuses will result in all bonuses and associated winnings being voided.

6. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

While 76bd takes all reasonable measures to maintain platform security and uptime, temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events beyond 76bd's reasonable control — including power outages, telecommunications failures, or acts of God — shall not give rise to any claim against 76bd.
10. Amendments and Governing Law
76bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 76bd will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via their registered mobile number or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of 76bd following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force. 76bd's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
